Tetralysal or Tetralysal is an antibiotic drug that contains lymecycline in its composition, which is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to tetracyclines. For adults and children over 12 years old, the recommended dose of Tetralisal to treat acne is 1 capsule of 300 mg daily or 1 capsule of 150 mg in the morning and another 150 mg in the evening, for 8 to 12 weeks , depending on medical indications. The dosis for children between 8 and 11 years old must be indicated by the pediatrician.
